Records, 1893-1910, undated, include: business correspondence, abstract of title, agreements, and a statement of stockholders of the company, 1893. The company tried to purchase 663 acres for $600,000 from T.W. Palmer and his wife, Lizze Merrill Palmer, for a public park to be called Witherell Woods. A bitter debate resulted in the final sale of only 16 acres.
